About the Feyi Fay Series
Take a journey with Feyi Fay as she travels the world helping kids with any problem they can imagine - bullying, making friends, monsters, anything!
If you love the idea of travelling to different lands, would love to live in a world where superhero fairies rush to your side whenever you have a problem, or you'd enjoy having an iPhone infused with magic at your fingertips, then this is the book series for you! Each book in the series is a exciting adventure packed with mystery, science fiction, humor and life lessons. Plus, it incorporates African folktales and legends as it guides kids through their problems, and it will have your young readers glued to the end at home or in the classroom! Recommended for kids aged 6 to 10 years old.
Book#1 - Feyi Fay and the Case of the Mysterious Madam Koi Koi
The first book in the series takes Feyi to England to help a little boy with a mysterious case. An old Nigerian legend seems to have come alive in the boy's living room!
With the help of some magic glitter that makes you invisible, cookies that make you giant-sized, and a stick that shrinks you as tiny as an ant, the little boy learns that it’s far better to face your problems than to run away from them.
Book #2 - Feyi Fay and the Disappearance of Captain Nosa
The second book in the series takes Feyi to Costa Rica after a precious superhero goes missing. Time is ticking but this problem is no match for a magic water gun, honeycomb that transforms you into a bee, and a weird drum that stops people from telling lies! There's more to this mystery than meets the eye, but with the help of an old folktale, all the kids involved learn the importance of treating others how they would want to be treated.
For maximum reading pleasure, this book series is best read in sequence, starting with book 1.
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
It's a well written book and has a few chuckle worthy moments. It felt/read like a story that could be easily turned into a children's tv program.

I chuckled to myself several times while reading this book. Brownstone's writing style drew me in and I couldn't wait to find out more.

My favorite thing about this book is the subtle way it introduces the reader not only to a fantasy world but takes them on a journey to new places in the world!
