5 Ways To Be A Real Life Kid Superhero

National Superhero Day 2021 is Wednesday, April 28! Before diving into all the superhero movies why not talk with your child about how they can be a real-life hero every single day. Here are 5 ways to teach your kids how to be a hero in real life.

1) Be Helpful

Be kind to others and treat them how you would want to be treated. When you see a person in need, lend a helping hand. If mom needs help with the dishes, help her out. If you see someone being unkind to someone else, speak up. If someone falls, help them up. Even small acts of kindness are a big deal.

2) Eat Healthy All superhero’s need strong healthy bodies in order to fight crime and be helpful to others. Make sure you are eating healthy so that your body is ready for whenever you need to lend a hand.

3) Discover What You Are Good At Everyone is good at something! Maybe you are good at the piano, or you are good at running, or you are good at reading. Whatever it is, find what you are good at and practice practice practice. That is your superpower!

4) Believe in Yourself

The most important thing superheroes can do is believe in themselves. It is something simple but goes a long way. Believe in yourself and you will do great things!

5) Dress the Part

Every superhero needs a superhero costume! A costume makes you look unique and lets people know who you are. Imagine what would happen if all superheroes of wore the same clothes! To get into superhero mode, try our Captain Nosa “Stay Calm, I’m A Superhero” t-shirt and let your inner superhero shine.
